Terms and Conditions

Artechal LLC (“Artechal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers creative wood and acrylic art products, DIY kits, and in-studio art sessions through our website and related platforms.

By purchasing a product or booking a studio session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, minor variations may occur.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Standard Products (non-custom items)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom items and personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

DIY kits are considered physical products.

Because kits include prepared materials:

• Opened or partially used kits are not eligible for return.

Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Studio sessions require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your space.

Your payment includes:

• A take-home creative kit

Reserved guided studio time

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session or do not attend:

• Your studio time is forfeited.
• Your kit remains yours and may be:
  • Picked up in studio, or
  • Shipped to you (shipping fees may apply).

Studio session payments are otherwise non-refundable.

Participants work at their own pace. Completion of a project during the session is not guaranteed.

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

All designs, artwork, images, product concepts, and content remain the property of Artechal LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Artechal LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, studio participation, or website use.

Participants assume responsibility for safe use of tools and materials.

Studio sessions may have age recommendations. Minors must be supervised as specified at booking.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
