Orders, shipping and Returns

After your order is placed, we will email you with an order confirmation.

You can use your order number from your confirmation to check your order status.

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number.

Request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

Deposits for studio sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session date.  

  1. In your order confirmation, click the Order Status link.
  2. From the Order Status screen, click Cancel Order.
  3. Select a reason for cancelling
  4. Click Submit. 

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it is made.

  • Pre-made is shipment ready
  • Made-to-order products may take up to 2 WEEKS to be created before shipped.
  • Custom made products may have a lengthier processing time of up to 4-6 weeks to be completed before shipped.

Our company ships through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We currently ship to, and offer free standard shipping, across the U.S. (lower 48 states).

Yes. Expedited shipping is available; however, please note, selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time.

Your product may still require processing time to be made. Once a product is IN STOCK or has been created, then it is ready for shipping, and that is when expedited shipping will apply.

Yes. Local pickup options are available at checkout. 

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery

Below are some examples of common exceptions:

  • Gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or customized goods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless due to our error.

About Night Light Decor

Both. Each scene provides a gentle glow and works as functional art. They are modular, decorative night lights that are powered by an optionally included LED light. Many common closet puck lights fit inside the stage (the base). The light emits through slots in the top of the box to light up the engraved acrylic designs, creating a unique and beautiful light show.

Recommended for ages 10+ with adult supervision for younger creators.

Absolutely. Lenses are interchangeable, and new designs can be added over time.

No. Lenses are available to add at anytime, with or without a backdrop or stage. 

No special tools are needed. Instructions are included the kits.

Studio sessions include everything needed to complete your project, plus some supplies to take home with you.

At-home DIY kits require only some basic craft supplies such as acrylic paints and brushes or acrylic paint markers, wood glue and sand paper. Check “Additional Information” on the product page for more specific information.

LED lights are not included by default but can be added to most products.

You’ll see the option to include a light directly on the product page. If you already have one, you can use your own.

We recommend adding a light for the best experience.

Yes—on a limited basis.

Custom designs are quoted based on complexity, since even simple ideas can require significant design time to prepare for laser cutting and engraving.

If you have something in mind, please reach out with details (idea, size, deadline, and any reference images), and we’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a quote.

You can paint the lenses,  finish the wooden stage and assemble it OR you can choose to just paint the lenses, or just assemble the stage.

It is up to you how much you want to do.
