FAQs - Orders, shipping and Returns
How do I track my order?
After your order is placed, we will email you with an order confirmation.
You can use your order number from your confirmation to check your order status.
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number.
How do I cancel my order?
Request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
Deposits for studio sessions are non-refundable within 3 days of the session date.
- In your order confirmation, click the Order Status link.
- From the Order Status screen, click Cancel Order.
- Select a reason for cancelling
- Click Submit.
What is the difference between Made-to-Order, Custom, and Pre-Made items?
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it is made.
- Pre-made is shipment ready
- Made-to-order products may take up to 2 WEEKS to be created before shipped.
- Custom made products may have a lengthier processing time of up to 4-6 weeks to be completed before shipped.

To what locations do you ship?
Our company ships through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
We currently ship to, and offer free standard shipping, across the U.S. (lower 48 states).
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available; however, please note, selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time.
Your product may still require processing time to be made. Once a product is IN STOCK or has been created, then it is ready for shipping, and that is when expedited shipping will apply.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns may receive a refund to the original payment method.
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
- Personalized or customized goods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless due to our error.

FAQs - About Night Light Decor
Do I need tools?
No. Studio sessions include everything, and at-home kits require only some basic craft supplies such as acrylic paints and brushes or acrylic paint markers, some wood glue, alcohol, and masking tape – those who wish to finish the wood on their boxes will also need a finish of their choice.
The DIY kits include all of the night light parts, sandpaper, and a plastic razor and cleaning cloth for cleaning the acrylic lenses. During a studio session, we also provide wood glue, paints and brushes, and paint markers that may be taken home with you afterwards.
Is this a night light or decor?
Both. Each scene provides a gentle glow and works as functional art. They are modular, decorative night lights that are powered by an optionally included LED light. Many common closet puck lights fit inside the stage (the base). The light emits through slots in the top of the box to light up the engraved acrylic designs, creating a unique and beautiful light show.
What ages is it for?
Recommended for ages 10+ with adult supervision for younger creators.
Can I buy more lenses later?
Absolutely. Lenses are interchangeable, and new designs can be added over time.
