Do I have to buy a backdrop lens?

No. If you already have a backdrop and stage, you can skip it and add lenses anytime.

What will I do myself?

You’ll always paint the lenses. If you’re buying a kit, you’ll also assemble the wooden stage.                                         

Do I need special tools?

No special tools required. Optional finishing steps are included in the instructions if you’d like.
