By booking a session with Artechal, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Seats are limited and reserved only after payment is completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

 

Session Experience

Sessions are guided but self-directed. No prior experience is required. Participants are expected to follow basic safety instructions provided during the session.

Age Policy

Participants must be 10 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Liability

Participation is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that creative activities involve the use of tools and materials and agree to assume responsibility for your participation.

Artechal is not responsible for personal items brought into the studio.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in an Artechal workshop, you acknowledge that hands-on creative activities may involve the use of tools, paints, adhesives, and lighting components. You agree to follow all instructions provided and understand that participation is at your own risk. Artechal is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from misuse of materials.

Changes

Artechal reserves the right to modify session details, pricing, or these terms at any time.
